We had a great competition on Sunday with Special Olympics. 10 out of 11 of our athletes are going on to sectionals in November. Congrats to Jacob Eitel, Ali Frese, Peyton Gregory, Brady Neisen, Alaina Obert, Cameron Paszkiet, Chandler Rampley, Marissa Riley, Rachel Riley, and Nolan Schuette.
Any 7th or 8th grader wanting to participate on a movie night committee, please meet in Mrs. Schmidt’s room at lunch!
The Bushmeyer family is so thankful for each and everyone of you who donated and wore your hats to Cure SMA. You all raised $544 to help find a cure for this terrible disease. We are so grateful for your giving hearts. We love Liberty School so much! Thank you!!!!
The first Eagles Cares training will be on October 11th at Liberty Christian Church. Members who were accepted into the team will receive an email from Mr. Adams by the end of the day this Friday. We had over 60 applicants and unfortunately we can only accept 30 onto the team for the launch of the program. Applicants are being considered using four metrics: academics, discipline, attendance, and teacher endorsements. We appreciate all of our students who applied and hope that, even if you did not get on the team, that you will commit yourself towards helping Liberty Schools be a positive and friendly place to attend.
