Students:
For any student that will be between the ages of 13-18 by June 1st: Blessing Hospital is taking applications for their Blessing youth corp program this summer, this is an opportunity to volunteer at Blessing Hospital, to learn more about healthcare careers, to work in one of over 40 different hospital departments, and to learn new work-related skills. If you are interested in applying for this program, please see Mr. Adams in his office for an application.
Congratulations to Grace Tenhouse for being one of the winners of the Youth to Washington Contest sponsored by Adams Electric. Grace will be going on a 1 week, all expense paid trip to Washington DC this summer.
Sophomores and Juniors: If you are planning on taking a dual-enrollment class next year, you need to sign up to take the placement tests at JWCC. Testing will by Friday, April 7th. Sign up sheet and permission forms are in the office.
Juniors & Seniors – If you are bringing a guest to prom that does not attend LHS you must have a dance request form on file in the HS office. Stop by and see me if you have questions.
Students with Chromebooks with keys that don’t work should notify Mr. Smith as soon as possible. This is especially important for the black Lenovo Chromebooks that say “N22” on the bottom right corner of the screen as these units will be out of warranty soon.
Blood Drive – April 4th, sign up in the HS office. If you are sixteen and want to donate blood, you must have a signed consent form filled out by a parent. Consent forms are available in the office.
Senior class & parents will have a class meeting about the senior trip on April 4th at 6:00 pm in the little gym. Please plan on attending this meeting with your parents if you are going on senior trip.
Our next Baccalaureate meeting is next Wednesday, April 5 during lunch in Mrs. Meyer's room.
JH & HS eligibility will start next Monday, April 3.
8th grader pictures will be taken by Churchill Photography on April 11. Forms will be available soon. She will take a group picture of all 8th graders, and individual photos of those that are ordering.
9th graders – Jostens will be here Tuesday, April 4th at 2:55 to pass out class rings to the students that ordered them. They will set up in the choir room.

May 2 – HS Awards Night – 7:00 pm in the big gym
June 1 – 8th Grade Promotion – 7:00 in the HS Gym
June 2 – LHS High School Graduation, 7:00 pm in the big gym
June 10 – Liberty 5K Fun Run/Walk- 8:00 am, Liberty High School
Lunch for Today:
Friday – Fish Sandwich, Potato Wedges, Green Beans, Fruit
Monday – Hot Dog, Chili Sauce, Baked Beans, Chips, Fruit
Tuesday – Toasted Ravioli, Sauce, Corn, Cheese Stick, Fruit
