Congratulations to Katelyn Hummel for being accepted into the Quincy Symphony Youth Orchestra!


FCCLA Members – Pizzas will be in on Thursday, October 19 after school. Please make arrangements to pick you order up and transport the items home.


On Wednesday, October 18, the Lumen system will be offline for an equipment upgrade starting at 2 PM.  Students, parents and staff will be unable to log in after that time. Access should be restored by 5 PM.


The 2017 Dessert Cabaret is this Friday in the small gym at 7pm. Tickets are available from any choir member for $5. The theme is "Be the Light" and the performance is dedicated to the memory of Mr. Miller. The choirs will be using a portion of the proceeds to purchase a memorial that will be displayed in honor of Mr. Miller.



HS Students – If you need to get your behind the wheel driving hours in, we have spots open on Monday 6th and 7th hours.


Thursday, October 19, will be Fall Sports/Clubs Picture Day. Inter-State Studio will be taking group and individual pictures. Please have your uniforms ready or be appropriately dressed. We will do High School pictures first thing in the morning, followed by Junior High pictures at approximately 9:30. Sports and clubs will be announced when it is their turn. Seniors: There will be a college application/college scholarship lab on October 23rd from 3:15-5:15 in the high school computer lab. This will be an opportunity to apply to any colleges that you have been considering, as well as an opportunity to apply to some scholarships with upcoming due dates. See Mr. Adams if you have any questions.

Seniors: If your family is an Adams Electric Coop member, there is a scholarship application available for you in the counselor’s office.


Seniors girls: PEO STAR scholarship is available in Mr. Adams’ office. Deadline for submission is October 17th.

November 10 – Veteran’s Day Celebration at 9:30

November 11 – Red & White Night, 5:30 in the LHS gym

November 11 – Liberty Booster Club Taco/Nacho Night 4-6 p.m. in the cafeteria

November 2 – Jostens will meet with seniors about Graduation items

November 7 – Seniors will place orders for Graduation items with Jostens

January 3 - Jostens will meet with Freshman – class ring orders

February 2 – Jostens will collect orders & money for class rings

February 2 – LHS Homecoming game against Payson

February 3 – LHS Homecoming Dance at Liberty School
