Students:
QND Lady Raider Basketball Grade School Camp for grades 3rd thru 8th will be held on May 30th, 31st and June 1st. The time is 3:30 to 5:30 at QND. Cost is $50.00.
All seniors going on Senior Trip should sign up for Remind. If you don't know the code, it is rmd.at/ggf2k. Mrs. Ingalls has any items left at prom in her room.
HS Track – If teachers allow, the HS Track members can be dismissed today at 2:45-2:50 to help set up for the JH meet.
JH runners should be dismissed at 2:35.
Seniors going on senior trip – Bring your luggage to the band room by the start of the school day on Tuesday, April 25 so it can be checked. Luggage will be locked in a safe place.
Juniors: The Better Business Bureau invites you to apply for the 2017 student of ethics awards for Quincy, IL and surrounding counties. This $2500 scholarship recognizes a high school student who personifies high ethics demonstrated through leadership, community service, overall personal integrity and academic history. See Mr. Adams if you would like an application packet. Packets are due by June 2nd.
Sophomores/Juiniors: If you are thinking about signing up for an STP class at the Vocational Center, please see Mr. Adams ASAP.
7th graders – If you are interested in playing JH baseball next year, please sign up in the HS office.
8-11 graders – If you are interested in being on the HS cheer squad please sign up in the HS office. We will hold try outs in a few weeks.
If you are interested in being an FCCLA Member next year and would like to participate in a fundraiser to help pay your activity fee, please see Mrs. Meyer for the pizza fundraiser form today. This is an opportunity for students who will be 7-12 graders next year.
Applications are currently being accepted for ISBE's Student Advisory Council for the 2017-18 school year. Students attending a public high school in Illinois who are entering the fall semester as a sophomore, junior, or senior are eligible to apply. The application is now available at https://www.isbe.net/Pages/Students-Advisory-Council.aspx. Ten positions are open for the 2017-18 school year. Educational Talent Search – Cindy Unmisig will meet with 9-12 graders on Monday.

If you have school supplies that you will NOT be using, and that your parents do NOT expect you to bring home, please donate them to the School Supplies Bank in Mrs. Mountain's room. We take just about anything: markers, crayons, loose-leaf paper, notebooks, binders, pens/pencils, folders. Even if your name's on it, we'll take it. Even if you've used sections of a notebook, we'll take it. Keep us in mind!
