Girls in the 6-8 grade that are interested in JH basketball, please sign-up in the HS office by this Friday, Aug. 25. There will be an informational meeting during 7th hour Friday (12:45) in the big gym for those that have signed up. Practice will begin next Monday, Aug. 28.
If anyone has their eclipse glasses from Monday and would like to donate them to “Eclipses without Borders,” please put them in Mrs. Hodgson’s box by next Monday. Eclipses without borders is a program where they take used eclipse glasses and give them to less fortunate countries who will experience the following eclipse. These glasses will be given to people in South America for the eclipse in 2019.
Any high school students who are interested in joining FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) please see Mrs. Hannel (across from the library). We will be having a Kick-Off Pool Party @ Sheridan on Wed. 08/23 from 6:00-8:00. It cost $4.00 to come for food and swimming! You do NOT have to be an athlete to be a member. We will be meeting throughout the school year on Wednesday evenings in the small gym from 7:30-8:30pm and will host several events!
