New Student Registration

Thank you for your interest in Liberty Schools.  We welcome new students!

For your child to attend Liberty Schools, you must reside* within the district's attendance boundaries.

If you are unsure if you reside within district boundaries, you can check at the  Illinois School District Finder  website at this link.

A child must be five years old on or before September 1 of the school term, and a student entering first grade must be six years old on or before September 1.

     *Residency is defined in the District Residency Policy.  

The following forms are required and can be found linked below.

1)  Application for admission

2)  A certified copy of the student’s birth certificate (not a hospital copy) and current copies of the following documents.

         One (1) from this list: Lease, Rent Receipt, Mortgage Payment, or Property Tax Bill

         Two (2) from this list: Driver's License or State ID, ONE utility bill, Insurance Policy, Bank Statement

3)  Completed Affidavit of Residency

4)  Eye Examination

5)  Certificate of Health Examination.
