FOIA requests may be submitted to the FOIA officer, Kelle Bunch, at the District Office in person during regular office hours, by mail/courier service, by email to FOIA@libertyschool.net, or by FAX at 217-645-3241.   The District Office is located at 505 North Park St, Liberty, IL 62347.  

Requests must be submitted as outlined above. 

Requests sent by email to any other email addresses may not be processed.  

It is recommended that mailed requests be sent "Return Receipt Requested" to verify the request was received.  

Appropriate fees/charges may be assessed under Section 6 of Public Act 96-542.
